Game dates, times, opponents, and venues are subject to change. The Little Rock Lightning reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual without refund for inappropriate behavior, safety violations, or failure to follow staff instructions. Attendance at sporting events involves inherent risks, including possible contact with balls or other objects; by attending, you voluntarily assume all such risks. By entering the venue, you grant permission for your image or likeness to be used in photography, video, or promotional materials without compensation. Unauthorized resale or duplication of tickets is prohibited. The Little Rock Lightning and venue partners are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Use of this ticket constitutes acceptance of these terms.

All Little Rock Lightning ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless an event is officially cancelled without a rescheduled date. If a game is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date and refunds will not be issued. Refund requests due to personal scheduling conflicts, weather conditions outside of event cancellation, or failure to attend are not eligible. In the rare case of an approved refund, it will be issued using the original method of payment when possible.
