By entering the venue, you grant permission for your image or likeness to be used in photography, video, or promotional materials without compensation. Unauthorized resale or duplication of tickets is prohibited. The Little Rock Lightning and venue partners are not responsible for lost or stolen items. All Little Rock Lightning ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless an event is officially cancelled without a rescheduled date. If a game is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date and refunds will not be issued. In the rare case of an approved refund, it will be issued using the original method of payment when possible.
